TERMS OF SERVICE
- ALL ORDERS CAN BE CHANGED AND CANCELLED COMPLETELY as long as the order was never placed into production for proofs, and/or paid for.
- If you accidentally placed an order, and have not used PayPal to pay for it, we can cancel it, no problems. Just email us.
- Proofs are mandatory with our company. You must choose that option where available.
- Carlson Craft orders do not offer for you to choose for proofs, so we will manually add them in, and rebill you with a new total.
- Your order will be transmitted shortly after we receive verification of PayPal payment.
- You will be notified of your order going into production of proofs (or production if non-proofable item).
- Your order cannot be cancelled once we have received PayPal payment, or your check.
- Your order quantities cannot be changed once payment is made using PayPal, or we have received your check.
- You may not make any substitutions once payment is received in all forms.
- You may not make any changes, basically, that will affect the price you just paid to Invitations4sale.com.
- You can change font, and wording during the proofing stage of proofed items, only. (Additional proofing charges may apply.)
- You can change ink only if it does not caused a change in pricing (color to color is fine, usually, black to color is not)
- If you change your ink from color to black, there will be no refunds of price adjustments.
- Emailed B&W proofs add 1-7 business days to total timeframe, depending on the season.
- PLEASE, check your junk mail for our emails.
- On rare occasions, orders will ship without the client seeing a proof that they have paid for. If this is the case, your shipped order will serve as the proof. If you have any changes, they will be done. We will not refund the cost of the proofs, though, because we are allowing you the option to change your order as if it were a mere proof. Even if you have no changes, no refunds. It would be the same as if you received a proof in email, and had no changes. The benefit for you receiving the order and not having changes, is you have the order quicker. This is, again, a very rare occurrence, but can happen, so we want to address it.
- Once the order is delivered to the address that you chose, you will have 48 hours from the date of package delivery to count and make sure all items are there, and not damaged. This is very important.

You will receive an auto email from the system once you
place your order, then a 2nd email will follow within a day with your payment
link and totals with proofs.
We only accept credit card payments thru PayPal.com, so PLEASE do not input your credit card information during checkout.
