3. The no discount rule is due to contracts, and we have NO control over that. Sorry, but there could be others not listed, too. If you do NOT see a discount in your Carlson Craft basket, send us an email. We will see what other concessions we can offer, if possible.
4. You can get an "estimate" complete with shipping costs via this same ordering area. Simply "x" out of the order, if you are only getting a price.
5. When you submit your order, it will be sent to our offices, NOT to Carlson Craft, and the order will NOT go into production until it has been paid for in full with proofs.
6. Sales tax applies to orders shipped into Illinois, only. The tax will be added at the time of PayPal payment, or added to the amount via email, if mailing a check.
7. All orders MUST be proofed, no exceptions.
8. Proofs are $5 is the discounted cost per item.
9. Proofs mandatory for ALL proofable items with Carlson Craft, no exceptions.
10. Engraved products (if available) can take up to 14 days for production, alone.
