PLEASE READ THIS IN FULL:

1. Prices shown are in full retail. Any applicable discount will be taken at checkout.
2. As of Feb 8, 2008, Disney, Precious Moments, Eduardo XOL, Royal Doulton, Chloe B, and Jean M are no longer available for a discount.
3. You can get an "estimate" complete with shipping costs via this same ordering area. Simply "x" out of the order, if you are only getting a price.
4. When you submit your order, it will be sent to our offices, NOT to Carlson Craft, and the order will NOT go into production until it has been paid for in full with proofs.
5. Sales tax applies to orders shipped into Illinois, only. The tax will be added at the time of PayPal payment, or added to the amount via email, if mailing a check.
6. All orders regardless of print type (Engraved, flat or thermography) MUST be proofed, no exceptions.
7. Proofs are $5 per item for thermography orders, and $12 per engraved item.
8. Add 1-5 business days for B&W proofs to arrive via email.
9. Engraved products can take up to 14 days for production, alone.
10. Shipping times depend on the location of the shipment destination. Please email our office for approximate times.
